/usr/bin/profiles show -output stdout-xml | /usr/bin/xmllint --xpath '//key[text()="DisabledSystemSettings"]/following-sibling::*[1]' - | /usr/bin/grep -c com.apple.BluetoothSettings
If the result is not "1", this is a finding.
