Description
All users with the exception of the master security control ACID must be authorized to a facility in order to sign on to it. When the ALL record is assigned Facilities, by default all users on the system have access to that Facility. Users should have limited access, only those facilities that are required to perform their jobs successfully are to be granted directly or via profile(s).
