Check the permissions of the file.

Procedure:
# ls -l /etc/ldap.conf

If the permissions include a "+", the file has an extended ACL, this is a finding.
Fix Text (F-24210r1_fix)
Remove the extended ACL from the /etc/ldap.conf file.
