Verify policy settings "Allow log on locally" and "Shut down the system" are both set to the global security group name containing the XenApp or XenDesktop administrators. "Local Administrators" may remain. If they are not set to the global security group name containing the XenApp or XenDesktop administrators, this is a finding.
